This is a free and real cool compilation of brief video clips (quicktime format) in which native speakers of Portuguese from various locations throughout Brazil and Portugal demonstrate various language tasks.

These clips are not scripted. What the native speakers say is what they really said. Some may talk fast, others talk slow, and some have specific regional dialects. After reviewing the video clips you will probably be more prepared to perform the same communication tasks.

With a very interesting way to forget our bad habits to pronounce Portuguese the french way by using the english way.

In French we would usually say : Muito -> mouille-tout
The English pronounciation method brings a very interesting and much more nasalized "mweengtoo"

Just as with the word Português, french people would say pourtouguaish
When english comes with something a bit more gay and with much more contour... poortoogaysh

Example:

I understand very little Portuguese
percebo muito pouco português
[pirsayboo mweengtoo pohkoo poortoogaysh]
